Gift Trends for Christmas 2010 – Noteworthy is here to help!

Posted by Brianna on November 30, 2010 in Holiday - Christmas

Gift giving can get crazy!  Unless you know exactly what the other person really wants, buying the perfect gift is sometimes impossible.  Here at Noteworthy Collections, we try to make it gift giving easier on you by providing one of a kind stationery.  I don’t have to write that because I work for Noteworthy, I WANT to write that because it’s true!  I would love notepads, cards and other kinds of stationery with my name on it for Christmas.  However, I understand that not everybody feels the same way.  So to make your shopping easier, I have compiled a short list of other gift items.  The lists are divided between men, women and people on a budget.

Women – Handbags (Purses), Jewelry, Workout Clothes, DVD Box Set of her favorite shows, Coffee, Electronics (We like toys too), Lessons for something new to try, Items for the Bathroom (Lotions, Candles, Perfume etc.) and Homemade Items.

Men – Though women are fairly unspecific, men on the other hand know exactly what they want.  Aether Summit Jacket, PIRAHNA pocket tool, Swiss Army Anniversary Heritage Knife, Best Made Axe, CX Swiss Military Watch, Kindle, Grill, iPod Touch, iPad, Golf Club drink dispenser from Sharper Image, LG Flat Screen Television, Sporting event or concert tickets, headphones, Dragon naturally speaking premium with digital recorder.  (Don’t look at me… and yea…I saw the axe.)

People on a Budget – This is really a great category, because it usually applies to the majority of people who are buying gifts.  This category is all the most fun.  Cookies/goodies as gifts, handmade ornaments, bargain scarves, gloves, hats, bargain fashion jewelry/accessories.  Sounds like stuff for women, but in reality men love cookies, so it works out.

Also, here is a link that I found for 101 gift ideas on a budget.  These gift ideas are not specifically for Christmas, but this list does give great insight on inexpensive gifts.

As you go through this list, remember that we could definitely help you out with Number 9 and 10.  If you like the look of Number 18, we can do that too and it would be cheaper with us than making it yourself (I’ve pre-crunched the cost and numbers for you).  And after many blogs, I’m sure you know that we have Number 20 as well.  In the end they will be cheaper and more economical with us.  They also don’t leave quite the mess like rubber stamps do and your gift receiver can choose their own personalization for any and all occasions!!

Many gifts to choose from, some are more expensive than others.  But in the end, it’s the thought that counts and someone would be so touched by a cute little inexpensive notepad from Noteworthy with his or her name printed on it… just sayin’.

Happy gift hunting!
